Corporate Governance

The Centre for Corporate Governance (CCG) brings together researchers with accounting, finance, management and legal backgrounds to provide a comprehensive, inter-disciplinary analysis of corporate governance. The CCG's research projects focus on advancing corporate governance theory, developing policy, and on resolving critical problems in areas including: boards and directors duties, accountability, capital markets, legal regulation, social responsibility; sustainability; and the pressures for globalisation and diversity in governance institutions.
