Institute for Water and Environmental Resource Management (IWERM) seeks to use research engagement and results to make an effective contribution to sustainable catchment and coastal management at local, state and federal levels. With the Institute for Sustainable Futures, this multi-disciplinary team leads research in two interacting areas: sustainable environments and sustainable futures. IWERM plays a prominent role in providing advice and undertaking timely, practical and applicable research to enhance our ability to manage water and environmental resources sustainably.
