UTS greatly values its relationships with current industry partners, and is always interested in meeting potential new partners.
The partnership may be:
- a small piece of contract research
- a major grant application
- a licence to commercialise existing UTS intellectual property, or
- any other arrangement.
These partnerships are a great way to gain access to a wide range of UTS facilities, and the skills and expertise of our researchers.
Partners with UTS range from individuals and small companies to large multinationals plus state and federal government departments.
Research at UTS is industry focused, with many innovative technologies developed in collaboration with industry, or in response to an identified need within a market or industry segment. As a result, much of the University's research has strong commercial potential.
